When most people hear the dreaded words Driving under the Influence they see dollar signs because of the costs involved anymore. Organizations like M.A.D.D. and S.A.D.D. have done a terrific job of heightening awareness across the country on driving under the influence of alcohol. States like New Mexico have come the furthest but only because it seemed like they were a safe haven for drunk drivers. Today there is a new problem!
One of the unspoken related problems of drunk driving is drivers falling asleep while intoxicated. Now there is a new epidemic sweeping the country in the form of sleepwalking drivers-driving under the influence of the most popular prescription sleep medication in the U.S. – Ambien.
Drivers who are unaware they are asleep at the wheel are a rising threat on U.S highways according to a recent NY times article. In Washington State alone in 2005, for example, 78 impaired drivers were arrested, up from 56 the previous year, with Ambien in their bloodstream. According to the Times article, ten state toxicology labs that test for the presence of the drug rate it as one of the top ten found in impaired drivers yet most states do not

Many people equate the use of a sports bra with someone who is highly athletic such as a runner or someone who participates in a great deal of sports activities. Though this is the general belief of many women, this is not factual information. Any woman who participates in even regular exercise should invest in a sports bra. A good sports bra is just as important as a good pair of the proper type of shoes for the purpose, yet 73% of women who exercise on a regular basis are not wearing them.
There are a great deal of myths that exist concerning the care of the breasts. One of these is that the breast has no muscles. The fact is that glandular tissue and fat comprises most of the female breast, which is held in position by very delicate ligaments. This means that an excessive movement of the breast such as that which occurs during exercise causes strain on these ligaments. Over time, the ligaments will stretch, and in the long term, the breasts will begin to sag. Once the ligaments stretch, there is no exercise that will return the breasts to their former position. Even if

Some say that the more you are exposed to something, the more likely you are to pick it up. The same has been anecdotally proven to be true for mental health conditions and outright insanity. The longer you are thrust into an environment where mental health is compromised, the higher the chances are that you’ll end up emulating their behavior. Some hardcore psychologists can sometimes deliberately attempt to appear insane just to get an inside look at how things are on the other side, but those people have questionable mental health anyway. It is interesting that there are very few studies being conducted to see whether or not prolonged exposure to insanity can lead a perfectly sane person to go down that same road.

Backpain is a common phenomenon in the United States with nearly 80% of the population suffering from it. The overuse of the muscles in the back or a strain/injury to the muscles and ligaments supporting the spine are the most common causes of back pain.
Backpain can be acute, recurrent or chronic. Most of the people suffering from back pain fall in the first category wherein the pain vanishes in about six weeks and home remedies prove to be very effective. In the case of the recurrent category, the pain reappears after some time while chronic pain lasts for a longer period of time.
A strain in the back muscles due to bending, twisting or lifting some weight generally leads to backpain. An infection, arthritis or ovarian cysts can also be a cause of back pain. In todays times people often sit in one posture for a long time and thus experience pain in their backs.
Backpain may emerge suddenly but it develops over a longer period of time and is generally a result of a strain in the back muscles. The accumulation of acidic byproducts such as lactic acid and pyruvic acid restricts the normal functioning of

Look far and wide, and what do we see? The most civilized nations, at least, the ones we’ve got at this point in our nascent human development, having made an uneasy accommodation to behavior that they would historically wretch at as downright repellent.
Its none other than the law of Hammurabi, or tit for tat, writ in TNT.
So we arrive at the big question. What hath terrorism wrought?
These merciless scoundrels have compelled us transform our own sense of right and wrong into a workable counterpoint to their own beastly behavior. We have been compelled to consider killing them as a regrettably acceptable ethical necessity and, if a few thousand civilians happen to get in the way, what else can we do by keep the bombs and rockets flying.
This transformation of our own generally commendable ethical sense is, other than killing and maiming us physically, the most deleterious result of the murderous amorality of the terrorists. It is, if you will, their second-saddest triumph.
Here we are, the hope of the world, in terms of nations whose conduct is preferably guided by the mutually nourishing principle of the sanctity of life, compelled to wreak death and destruction.

Digital cameras are getting smaller and smaller every year. People seem to have a fascination for very compact gadgets. Remembe?r how bulky mobile phones used to be? I remember lugging around a bag phone the size of a womans purse and much heavier.
Now they have models that are as small as a chapstick.
Since digital cameras are one of the most popular portable devices on the market, a lot of people are looking for the smallest digital camera they can find. If you find yourself scouring the internet and your local electronics stores with that goal, just keep in mind that one way to reduce the size of a digital camera is to include fewer features. Dont sacrifice important features just for a smaller size.
After all, what good is a small digital camera if it only has enough memory to store a few shots, or if it is a low-resolution camera that produces grainy photos?
You need to find the right balance. Find the right trade-off between small size and the important features. Lets compare some of the smallest models to illustrate what I mean.

Tennis courts are standard in dimension, but vary widely in surface material. Tennis rules dictate the length, width, and placement of the lines on a tennis court. Tennis courts have a variety of surfaces and can be either outdoors or indoors. In this article, we will introduce the basic dimensions and aspects of the tennis courts and discuss the different types of tennis court surfaces.
The rules of tennis dictate that tennis courts be 78 feet long from baseline to baseline. A net, 3 feet high in the middle, divides the court into two equal halves. Tennis courts are 36 feet wide from doubles sideline to doubles sideline, and 27 feet wide from singles sideline to singles sideline.
Unlike the dimensions of a tennis court, the tennis court surface can vary in character. The different surfaces have different characteristics that affect the style of play. Common surfaces for outdoor tennis courts include grass, red clay, green clay, and hard courts. In addition, indoor tennis courts often have hard surfaces or synthetic, carpet-like surfaces.
The very first tennis courts were made of grass. While the number of grass tennis courts has decreased in recent years, some remain,

For a newbie, this may seem a little intimidating. But with the right tools, a little knowledge and some practice, you’ll be able to restring an electric guitar like a professional guitar tech. When I was gigging regularly, I would restring my guitar every week. My body chemistry is acidic and the sweat and oils from my hands would tend to dull the brightness of the strings as well as make them feel “dirty”. For me, the bright sound and smooth feel of a new set of strings would inspire my playing. It became a ritual for me the night before the weekends gigs started. I would sit in front of the TV and restring my electric guitar; my acoustic was much less frequent.
OK, so you’ve decided you don’t want to pay the guys at the music store and you want to know how to restring an electric guitar yourself. Here is the list of tools and supplies you will need:
A new set of strings (naturally!) Click here for info on string sizes
A string winder (not required but very handy)
A pair of wire cutters
A guitar tuner (again, not required but helpful)
You will need
